Health, Wealth, and Energy
It has been a little while since I last posted on my Blog. That will change in the coming year.
I have been reading Why We Want You to be Rich by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki. This book has set my brain cogs in motion. Dissatisfied and concerned with our family finances and economic future, I have been feeling the need to study finance and welath more.
Today I experienced a moment of enlightenment. I want to share this with people in hopes of generating a revolution of sorts within the United States and maybe even the world. "Think big" as Mr. Trump states.
There are three main issues that I think everybody has to face:
· Health
· Wealth
· Energy
We are essentially consumers of all three. Most people have a sort of entitlement/victim like attitude about all three areas.
I pay my doctor, dentist, nurse, therapist, etc. to keep me healthy
I pay my financial advisor, CPA, Banker, 401K, etc. to protect and manage my money
I pay the gas station, electric company, gas company, grocery store etc. to provide me with energy for my car, house, body, etc.
Thanks to Mr. Trump and Mr. Kiyosaki, I realized today that the solution to all three of these areas is the same. Change your thinking from entitlement, fear, victim to one of empowerment, confidence, self healer. The mechanism is education.
I must become educated about health, fitness, the human body, and in the process assume responsibility for my own physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Visiting the doctor, dentist, or any other professional would become part of my education , but ultimately I am the one responsible for how I feel physically or otherwise.
I must become educated about wealth, finance, investing, and in the process assume responsibility for my own financial stability. I should seek out those wise in the handling of money, reliable sources of information for investing, and honest people with whom I can do business.
I must become educated about energy, how to produce it, how to profit from its production and sale. We are all consumers of energy. What would happen if the average person could become a producer of energy? I believe that it is already possible.
In the coming year, much of my personal study and writing will most likely be built around these three themes. I will give it more thought.
